Responsibilities

  • Promote products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills and ensure accurate documentation in our systems
  • Follow up on unresolved issues or escalations to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when transitioning conversations or handling complex queries
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and deliver a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a strong asset
  • Proven experience in customer support, call center environments, or client services is preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy are essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across diverse audiences
  • Experience with outbound calling or tele-sales is a plus but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving techniques is necessary for success in this role
  • Ability to handle cash transactions or perform cash handling duties may be required depending on the specific position needs
  • Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment involving customer service, data management, or call center operations will be advantageous
